What is Bite-Free Rewards?
Bite-Free Rewards is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop and how much you spread the Biogents message to friends, family and neighborhoods. The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you earn, that you can apply directly with us! Simple and easy.
How do I join the loyalty program?
All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us! Simply create an account by clicking Join Now on this page. You can also create a customer account by clicking on "My account" in the top right-hand menu. You’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning points immediately.
What benefits do I get in the loyalty program?
The more you shop, the more benefits you earn! You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make and unlock new rewards over time. You can also collect points by following our social media channels or by referring our products to friends and neighbors. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found above, so you can see ways to earn points to redeem discounts.
How do points work?
It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend, you earn points. Earned points are converted into discount codes you can use at checkout.
Do all purchases count for points?
All purchases made in the Biogents US Shop are eligible to earn points once you have registered for a customer account and are logged in at the time of purchase.
If you place an order without being logged in or before creating an account, you can still use the same email address to sign up later. Once your account is created using that email, you’ll be able to redeem any eligible points associated with your purchases.
Please note that points are not applied retroactively to past purchases made with a different email address.
How do referrals work?
If you want to do something nice for your neighbors, friends and family, you can send them a 10% discount code to apply on their first purchase at Biogents. Once they place an order you will be notified and $5 in points will be added to your account. To send the discount code to them enter their email under the 'Invite 3 Friends' section listed above.
Are past purchases eligible for points?
You can earn points on purchases made in the Biogents US Shop as long as they are placed using the same email address associated with your customer account.

What happens if we return an order that we received points on or redeemed points on?
If you return an order, any points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account.
Please note that points used on an order cannot be restored once the order is returned.
Do points expire?
Points do expire and must be used within 1 year from the date they are earned.
We reserve the right to expire points earlier in cases of account inactivity, misuse, or if the rewards program is modified or discontinued.
Can I combine points or transfer points to another person?
Points cannot be combined or transferred.
Can points be stacked with discount codes?
No, points that you redeem for discount codes cannot be stacked with other coupon or discount codes.
Can I get rewards when ordering on Amazon or other 3rd party sellers?
Yes, you can still earn rewards for products purchased through Amazon or other third-party sellers.
To receive points, simply upload your purchase receipt through our Rewards page. As long as a valid receipt is submitted (dated within 30 days of purchase), points will be awarded accordingly.
Please note that purchases made outside of our website are only eligible for points when a receipt is provided.
Why was my account suspended?
We actively monitor accounts to ensure the security of our platform and protect users from potential fraud, unauthorized access, or malicious activities. This policy applies to all accounts on the website and outlines the process for identifying, investigating, and acting upon suspicious activity.
Identification of Suspicious Activity
Suspicious activity may include, but is not limited to:
- Multiple failed login attempts.
- Unusual account behavior (e.g., rapid or high-volume transactions).
- Access attempts from unfamiliar or high-risk locations.
- Violations of the platform's terms of service.
Initial Action
- Upon detecting suspicious activity:
- The account may be temporarily suspended to prevent further actions.
- The user may be notified via their registered email with details of the suspension and steps to resolve the issue.
Investigation
The platform will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the nature and cause of the suspicious activity.
Users may be required to verify their identity or provide additional information during this process.
Resolution
If the activity is deemed legitimate, the suspension will be lifted, and the account will be restored. If the activity violates platform policies, the account may be permanently disabled, and relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
Appeal Process
Users can appeal the suspension by contacting customer support within 14 days of notification. Appeals will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.
Enforcement
Failure to comply with the resolution process may result in permanent account deactivation. This policy ensures a safe and secure environment for all users.
