2-Year Warranty for Biogents Products

Thank you for your interest in our products and services. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only to physical goods purchased from http://shop-us@biogents.com.

What does this warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Biogents Inc. will repair or replace products or parts of a product that are found to be defective due to poor material or workmanship free of charge, under normal use and maintenance.

This Limited Manufacturer's Warranty, granted by Biogents, is an optional manufacturer's warranty. It provides rights, regardless of the rights provided for by consumer law, including, but not limited to, those relating to non-compliant goods.

As such, the benefits of the two-year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty, granted by Biogents, are in addition to, and not in lieu of, the rights provided by consumer law.

What will we do to remedy the problems encountered?

BIOGENTS' sole liability under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at its option, any part that is found to be defective during the applicable warranty period due to defects in workmanship and materials, provided that the PURCHASER has promptly reported such defect in writing to BIOGENTS. All replaced products or parts will become the property of BIOGENTS.

How long is the warranty?

BIOGENTS MOSQUITO TRAPS are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase as evidenced by the proof of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover problems caused by:

All of the foregoing warranties are subject to proper use of the Product. These warranties do not apply to (i) if adjustment, repair or replacement of parts is required due to accident, unusual physical, electrical or electromagnetic stress, negligence, misuse, power outage, environmental control measures, transportation, maintenance not in accordance with BIOGENTS specifications, or uses other than ordinary use, (ii) if the Product has been refurbished by the PURCHASER or has been repaired or modified outside of BIOGENTS' repair facilities, unless BIOGENTS expressly authorizes such repairs or modifications, (iii) if the Product is not used in accordance with the instructions in the manual.

BIOGENTS also reserves the right to make improvements to the product without incurring the obligation or liability to make the same changes to previously manufactured or purchased Products. BIOGENTS cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for a breach of warranty for an amount exceeding the net sale price of a defective Product. No one, including a reseller, agent or representative of BIOGENTS, is entitled to assume any other liability on behalf of BIOGENTS, except as set forth herein. If payment is due to BIOGENTS for services performed hereunder, it will be subject to the same payment terms as the original purchase.

This Warranty Certificate may be amended from time to time.

What’s not covered by the warranty?

The warranty doesn’t cover damage from accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or modifications. It also doesn’t apply if the product wasn’t used according to the manual.

BIOGENTS may improve products without updating older models, and our liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.
